The Bloody Turkey

It's amazing how logistics change the instant you have a kid. For example, picking up a turkey from the store.



I didn't put much thought into how I would get the turkey from the car into our place. Luckily, the basket under the Snap 'n Go stroller frame is huuuggee, so I was able to fit the turkey, chicken, and 4 days worth of groceries below the stroller.

Unfortunately, the turkey leaked blood all over the bottom of the basket. (How exactly does one clean up turkey blood from a non-removable stroller basket?)

In other news, peanut is so excited to see everyone tomorrow (today?) for turkey day!






...he may even be eating his own hands and trying to break out of his swaddle in anticipation.
