Work those Leggings!
You may have noticed lately that leggings/leg warmers and ruffled tulle skirts seem to have returned in popularity. And while many vehemently disapprove of this returned 80's trend (cough cough INGY cough cough), I challenge you to look at this picture and NOT immediately change your mind.
Yeah, that's right. I thought so.
